What we do
Heating, hot water and everything around it
Most of our work is new boilers. But plenty of homes round here are off the gas grid, so we're just as at home with oil tanks, LPG and heat pumps.

About us
A local firm you'll actually get hold of
Russell Gas Services is Craig Russell and a small team based in Y Felinheli. We've been fitting and fixing heating systems for over ten years, and you'll see the black van all over Bangor and Anglesey.
The work comes mostly by word of mouth, which keeps us honest. Craig explains what you need and why, prices it fairly, and doesn't leave until it's working and you know how to use it.

FAQs
Questions we get asked a lot
Anything else, just ask. Craig would rather answer a question on the phone than have you guess.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Y Felinheli and work across Bangor, over the bridge on Anglesey, and further afield in North Wales. If you're not sure whether you're in range, give Craig a call.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Russell Gas Services is Gas Safe registered (number 623830) for gas work and OFTEC registered (company number 103375) for oil. You can check both on the Gas Safe and OFTEC registers.
Do you work on oil and LPG boilers as well as gas?
Yes. We install, service and repair gas, oil and LPG boilers, which matters in rural North Wales where plenty of homes are off the gas grid.
Can you fit a heat pump?
Yes, both air source and ground source. Craig will look at the property, the radiators and the hot water setup and tell you honestly whether a heat pump suits the house.
Do you offer finance?
Finance is available. Ask about it when you get your quote and we'll talk you through the options.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes. Alongside homes we take on commercial heating, pipework and air conditioning jobs.
